Your range advantage over Ashe is very small so be ready to deal with a counter-slow. Use Net sideways to dodge Enchanted Crystal Arrow.

Not hard counter, but most difficult lane for Caitlyn.

Ashe's kit is well design against Cait. Safely farm (600vs650), return poke and push decently enough to hold. You also provide a super hard engage if jungler comes and will outscale.

Also Ashe is weak against enemy hard engage support, and Caitlyn doesnt work well with them. Making it easier to lane.
